A so-called "light and dry" type of sake.
The aroma was restrained and the taste was refreshing and resetting in the mouth.
Since it is labeled as a snack label, it would naturally go well with sashimi, and I felt it would also be easy to pair with fried food.
I haven't had many sake from Aomori, so I need to drink more than just Tasake and Toyobai. のだめPurchased at A Factory on the way home from the conference
I had never seen the label before, so I bought it anyway.
I drank it right away at home and found it easy to drink.

Not much of a ginjo aroma, a little dry and refreshing. Melon and other melon flavors.
A perfect food sake that goes well with anything.
Sake rice: Hanabukiyuki and Mashigura from Aomori Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio→55%.
Alcohol content: 16%. さるたんSake with a very fresh aroma, even though it is not a fresh sake.
It has a good sharpness, and I got the impression that it is versatile enough to be drunk with fish or on its own after the second glass.
Tsugaru's local sake is delicious. Zanイルカラベル 純米吟醸 発泡性 瓶内二次発酵 まつちよZan" dolphin label🐬.
It looks kind of cute and looks like it would look good on social media.
I haven't had Kaneta Tamada's sake since I had Hana Ippu last year 🤔.
The nose has a slight lactic acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the light gas from the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
The light nigori sweetness is not too sweet, not too dry, and not too bitter.
