I was informed by a certain source that the fire-brewed version of this was "almost hana-yosu," but I had not been able to get it.
It has a tropical aroma.

It has a gaseous feeling, but not much of the freshness that is typical of nama sake.
This was a sake from the same tank as the Hana-yosuyu.
