I've opened the Halloween label.
I opened a bottle of Monochrome, which I bought the other day to celebrate the start of handling Kangiku in my area.
It has a pleasantly crisp gasiness.
It has a silky mouthfeel with a melt-in-your-mouth sweetness.
Soft acidity that does not give off a sense of overpowering.
I only had one glass last year at a restaurant.
It was not this sweet? 🤔
Looking back, it seems that the sake rice has been changed from Ginga Ginga to Yamashu No.4.
Maybe that's the reason?
