I wasn't sure what to open on Sake Day.
But it's October, so why not!
So I open a Halloween label.
The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits, the fresh sweetness of pears and
The fresh citrusy aroma, the fresh sweetness of Japanese pear
bitter taste like sweet peel of grapefruit.
It has a wild gaseous taste when opened, but
As the day goes by, the bitterness settles down and the sweet and sour taste becomes more mature.
The sweet and sour taste will become moist and well-rounded as the day goes by.
