Flamboyant and beautifully sharp The nose evokes banana and marron-like sweetness. From the neutral mouthfeel, one senses a spiciness without sweetness and a gentle hint of acidity. From there, the ginjo aroma spreads softly along with the sweet umami flavor, and then it finishes cleanly and smoothly. The flow of the overtone and the sharpness of the aroma is beautiful and superb. We were lucky enough to be able to compare the last bottle with the first one, and the last one was mellow with a strong banana flavor. The last one is mellow with a strong banana flavor, while the second one is fresh and slightly hard. I am traveling alone from today. First, I went to the sake bar at Grandsta in Tokyo Station. ★★★★★

Elegant melting snow Lightly cloudy. Aroma of citrus and alcohol. It has a sense of transparency and elegant sweetness, and is smooth and crisp with a sense of mellowness and alcohol. Like the cloudy Tobiroki that I recently had, it is an excellent sake with a clear, alcohol-like taste without unpleasantness. Pair it with seared yellowtail. A perfect pairing.
