Aroma reminiscent of apples and honey. The palate is clean and refreshing, with a mild and gentle sweetness. The apple-like aroma rises, and after a slight bitterness, it finishes with a lingering sweetness.
This sake is brewed by Mr. Terui, a toji (master brewer) who was awarded the Contemporary Master Craftsman award. This sake has not only the sweetness of apples, but also the complexity and bitterness of nature. It was given to me as a celebration of my new job.
