For Kikutaka fans, this is an irresistible comparison. Both are reminiscent of Kikutaka, but they are very different from each other. Bishu Kotobuki has an acidity similar to that of Kikutaka that lingers from start to finish. The grapefruit, which is not stinging, accompanies the classic type of sake all the way through. It is like a young man there, straight ahead in pursuit of his dreams.

Omusubi series. Nama Hashiroshi Junmai Super Dry. Comparison of the difference of brewing year and the difference of raw/hot sake. Purchased with a "Drink it! Hiroshima Sake Coupon" given to me on my trip to Miyajima. I heard it's over now, but what a great program. I really hope they bring it back! The proprietress of a souvenir shop in Miyajima recommended that I try a few different sakes. My stupid tongue couldn't tell the difference, but both were rich, spicy, and delicious, with the acidity typical of a sake brewed with sake yeast. I enjoyed drinking them both, but they disappeared before I knew it, just like the soap I use in the bathtub every day.

Kangiku Meikozo, the brewer of Sono Kangiku, uses only ingredients produced in Chiba Prefecture and distributes it exclusively within the prefecture. It has a refreshing ginkoku aroma, a good balance of sweet, spicy, and acidic tastes, and these elements are firmly asserted as the foundation of the flavor, so it does not lose its freshness even after a long time. Although it is once-fired, you can feel the freshness of the flavor. It is definitely delicious. It stands out from the rest of the modern types. It is worth buying and I would like to drink it again. But how is this different from Sono Kangiku? If they were going to release a different brand, I would have liked to see the difference in taste as well. I feel a little disappointed.

Yoroku-shiki" means "white" in white malted rice = "Yoroku". It's hard to understand! But the acidity is nice, and combined with the unique flavor of Zanso Hourai, it is not just a fruity sake. Since it is more on the dry side, it has a smooth entry, followed by the spread of the acidity, and finishes off with the final touch. If you compare it to a game of rock-paper-scissors, it's like "Choki", "Pah", and "Gut". Oh no, writing this review makes me want to drink it again.

Hello, Kikushika, the Wind Bird! (≧▽≦) I also had the same brand the other day! I'm really addicted to the unique sourness of white malted rice. I want to drink this brand again and again.

Tomoyuki Kumagai Thank you very much for your comment! The number of breweries that use white koji has been increasing recently. I think Zanso Hourai is outstandingly good among them.

Delicious! Not fruity, but with a unique acidity that is well integrated into the classic type of body. What is this taste? I thought to myself, "What is this taste? I had tasted Ten-On a long time ago, but was it this good? Next time, I would like to linger over a bottle of Junmai Hi-ire, which the owner recommends.

When you think of sleet-moyo, you may think of Junmai Ginjyo Activated Nigori, Personally, I recommend this Yamahai Junmai Activated Nigori. The aroma and creamy flavor of Yamahai, the strong schwash, and the technique of making it taste good with almost no sweetness are as good as it gets. Second day: Slightly melon-flavored sweetness. Yum!

The star of the evening. I really respect it. The strongest of the cosmopolitan, and the taste is outstanding. The balance of sweetness and acidity is superb. The world that Kido is aiming for is amazing. I think the world of sake will change in many ways if we can buy such good sake close to home.

It has a rich, umami taste. The first time I drank it, about 5 years ago, I didn't think it was good. I don't remember much about the second time. But after the third time, I started to understand its deliciousness, Now it is one of my favorite brands. It is true that our taste buds and preferences change over time. Oh, it is not fruity at all. It smells like alcohol (in a good way).

It's really good. It has the technique and flavor of the time when it was sold to Kenrishi, but with an apricot-like acidity. It leaves a nice tingling aftertaste. I want to repeat this again. Next time, maybe a bottle.

Sharaku is aged for one year at Kadoya Sake Shop. The sweetness, umami, acidity, and many other flavors are well balanced. It is like "All 5". The radar chart is a regular pentagon. It is very good.

The overall cohesiveness of the book is well balanced with a touch of acidity. 5 subjects average 80, but only the math is outstanding. I would like to put it down for a while.

What is this? It's so good! At first glance, or rather, at first taste, one would think that a light classic type of sake smell would spread out, but then a light acidity would kick in. It's like a "gup, pah, and then chop. It's good. Seriously. If Kaiun is more of a modern mixed type, this is more of a classic mixed type. This label also has a taste and is very impressive.

Purchased at Tollett's Liquor Store. Amazing, a selection and reasonable prices that is not just a tourist liquor store. First of all, here's to this liquor store. But this sake is not fruity at all. It is not fruity at all, but has a slight matured flavor and a beautiful sake smell. You can drink it indefinitely. It's so deeply delicious.

Purchased at the Tretrevie Village store. It has a light flavor of traditional sake. Like Echino Kanme or something like that. When I was looking for something fruity, I didn't like the taste, but now I've come full circle and I like the sake smell. It might be good warmed up. P.S.: Paired with chocolate, it becomes slightly sweet water. This is good!

Light Nigori Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake I don't know if they have stopped making it or are temporarily suspending production, but it was definitely delicious. The sweetness of the rice was supported by the acidity, and it was like that. I hope they bring it back.

Koori to Osake Yamadanishiki Nama-Nishiki Unpasteurized Sake Junmai sake, although there is no Junmai description. It is a sake for the rocks. It has a strong flavor that can be enjoyed on the rocks or with soda. However, in addition to the richness, I would like to see another unique flavor. The label is cute, though it is not well photographed. I wonder if a child drew it. By the way, Abenosturu Sake Brewery is not on the list of breweries, so I can't choose it. It is mistakenly registered as Abenosturu.

The standard sake in our house. Unfiltered raw sake, Yamadanishiki The first time I drank this sake was to wish for the health of my newborn child. Since then, I drink it every year on my child's birthday. It has a melon flavor, but also has a sake-like quality. It is a good combination of modern and classic sake. When you mix in the ori, you can also taste the silky sensation. You can taste many different flavors in one bottle.

I didn't know our hometown had such a modern drink! It's juicy, well-balanced, and cosy. I can buy it at my local liquor store and will probably buy it again when I find it. But if you look at the national market, there are many more of this type of sake. I want to say this because I want to support them. I want something more unique. Something that makes people want to buy it even if they have to pay for shipping.

Sake meter degree +10 Acidity 2.3 When the taste is in line with the specs, it is a relief, or it is exactly what we are aiming for, or it gives us some sense of relief. This is exactly what I was aiming for. It is a spicy and sour sake. I think there are many such sakes in the San'in region. Sometimes I want to drink it irresistibly.
