Iwakikotobuki甦る 純米吟醸
53
風の島の菊鹿Some people have already introduced it, This sake is brewed by Suzuki Sake Brewery, which was damaged by the Great East Japan Earthquake, to support the victims of the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. Kadoya Sake Brewery is also participating in this project and will donate a portion of the sales price. It is really a wonderful project. The taste is a mature and refreshing jungin. However, it has a mineral taste unique to this brewery. I wanted to see what it was, so I kept drinking more and more. It is gently delicious, but you can feel its core. Serve with pickled asuyo leaves from Hachijojima Island.
