風の島の菊鹿Finally, Kagawa sake up.
It's been quite a while since I've had a triumph.
Dark!!! Apricots and dried grapes with hidden nutty flavors...and since it's R3, it has an aged feel to it, which makes the flavor complex and interesting. I like it. The flavors are so groovy.
Served with a half-boiled egg marinated in miso.
Straight is too strong for me, so I added soda to triple the amount.
Even so, I can still taste the flavor.
It's like a strain of Kikutaka or Ryujinmaru.
I'd like to try heating it up tonight.
