風の島の菊鹿This is my favorite one from the Wind Forest right now.
It has a strong acidity, low alcohol content, and a slight muzzle.
It's especially nice after a run.
I was going to let it sit for a while longer, but I couldn't resist and opened the bottle,
With fish paste and additive-free Kamaboko.
I feel the deliciousness of fish. I wonder if the one Yamaoka-san made in "Aimashinbo" is like this.
