Delicious.
The modest shwashuwa and sweetness of the rice is combined with the sharpness of the sake, probably due to the effect of the sake's aluzome (alcohol-added) additives.
The level of Wakanami and this one is too high.
Honjozo is also very reasonably priced, and I'm gradually becoming more and more fond of it.
