Firm umami, crisp and dry, with a refreshing acidity of future sake. No fruitiness, refreshing, matches with wasabi pickles. 😊 It is a great way to enjoy both food and sake. Even in hot summer 🆗✌️. Chiba has been extremely hot and humid, and my appetite is dwindling, but I am thankful for this chrysanthemum, which is slightly carbonated and not too sweet, with a spudding, calpis sweet and sour aftertaste that lasts long enough to be refreshing. 😊 Junmai specifications are rare for Kangiku. I bought it at Imanaya in Chiba Station while I was on my way home from a tiring day off work. Kido is drinking it but not uploading it😅. It is 30 degrees Celsius at 7pm in Chiba. Sparkling is a good choice. Lara was surprised by the vigorous bubbling when opening the bottle 👀‼️ Judo girls go for it 👊😆🎵. It is delicious with moderate sweetness, 🐈️🐈️

The umami taste comes quickly, followed by sourness and a hint of bitterness, but the overall taste is crisp and dry without a fruity or sugary feel, perfect for seafood. I'm having dinner today with some bonito from the supermarket. 😊 Next time I'd like to pair it with Kanagawa's local horse mackerel tataki. 🐈️🐈️ Yesterday, after my sisters in Sapporo got together for the first time in 6 years at my parents' house in Chiba, I bought this at Rakuendai Ito Sake Shop on my way home.

I kept it in the fridge for safekeeping, but today I was too hot and tired from working outside, so I opened the bottle with a full bottle 😊. Beautiful acidity and a lingering sweet and sour citrus aftertaste of lemon and apricot. A truly summer sake with a refreshing overall taste. True to the previous reputation.　🐈️🐈️ I hope there will be delicious summer sake available until about the end of September, when the heat should continue❗The mermaid on the label is adorable and somehow cool and good 👍️

Finally, on the way home to my new home, I had a drink at Imanaya, a restaurant in a train station ❗I saw Ji Kon, which I don't often have a chance to do, and I drank it on impulse. I drank it on impulse. It has a smooth mouthfeel, fruity pear, a bit thick, and a lot of sweet umami. The bitterness comes in afterwards and the amount of umami is amazing. Slightly carbonated, tropical fruit sweetness, and a gentle sour aftertaste makes me happy. As expected. I enjoyed it fully a year ago. Brewed with Hokkaido's comet of sake rice, Hoshikai, a good match for the star connection. 😊 I hurriedly took my cat, who was injured from scratching the back of her ear too much, to the local veterinary clinic, and after being relieved after the treatment, I rushed out to Yajima Sake Shop in Funabashi, Chiba to buy some. I want to drink it again next year. 🐈️🐈️🐈️
