I kept it in the fridge for safekeeping, but today I was too hot and tired from working outside, so I opened the bottle with a full bottle 😊.
Beautiful acidity and a lingering sweet and sour citrus aftertaste of lemon and apricot. A truly summer sake with a refreshing overall taste. True to the previous reputation. 🐈️🐈️ I hope there will be delicious summer sake available until about the end of September, when the heat should continue❗The mermaid on the label is adorable and somehow cool and good 👍️
