It is refreshing and the sweetness is really moderate. The umami taste comes quickly, followed by sourness and a hint of bitterness, but the overall taste is crisp and dry without a fruity or sugary feel, perfect for seafood. I'm having dinner today with some bonito from the supermarket. 😊
Next time I'd like to pair it with Kanagawa's local horse mackerel tataki. 🐈️🐈️

We only have one bottle of Kanagawa sake 🍶🥲 and I've seen Sagaminada at a local liquor store, so I think I'll try the second bottle with seafood 🤗.
