Chiba has been extremely hot and humid, and my appetite is dwindling, but I am thankful for this chrysanthemum, which is slightly carbonated and not too sweet, with a spudding, calpis sweet and sour aftertaste that lasts long enough to be refreshing. 😊
Junmai specifications are rare for Kangiku. And using Chiba-grown Koshihikari, the Chiba love 😊.
The taste is understated and refreshing, I felt it was best for this time of year. 🐈️🐈️
