The first Miyoshikiku! It has a rich sweetness like a noble sake, but the aftertaste is not stubborn. It's a little like Shinsei's Yono-tori. I want to drink it with a butter sandwich after dinner. And the illustration by Mr. Rubi is wonderful.

I buy this Yamadaho every year. The austere color of the label, which reminds me of the front cover of a sake shop, is intriguing. The taste is clear anyway. You can feel the atmosphere of Sharaku, but it's more light. If you're tired from the summer and don't want to drink heavy or sweet sake, this is definitely a good choice.

It is a sake like the completion of raw maturity. The balance of the five flavors is very good. It would be perfect paired with a thick slice of bonito dipped in Ninigu soy sauce. If you leave it on the table and let the temperature rise, you can use it with tare flavored yakitori.... I don't have any, though.

It tastes like Shinsei and Koei Kiku added together, divided by 2, and then deteriorated. It has an unpleasant aroma like moss in the mouth. I paired it with foie gras Rossini style and roast beef with balsamic vinegar, but it didn't go well with anything. I think a 2,000 yen red wine would go better with this. It's an interesting sake, but 2500 yen is a lot of money for a standard sake. 1500 yen Shinsei Ecru is good enough.

My first Ibaraki! The aroma is mild, the sweetness is moderate but not overpowering, and it is light without being sticky even when the temperature rises. It has a strong bitter aftertaste that reminds me of Mochibo from Tochigi. This sake is easy to drink even when the temperature rises, and is useful for BBQs and camping.

Junmai has a miscellaneous taste that lingers underneath, and I had an image of it being quite heavy, but it is indeed Jun Gin Yamadanishiki. While retaining the fruity taste, it is clear and has a dry taste for summer. It tastes like an apple with the acidity removed. The atmosphere is similar to that of Tobiroki Kuro, but it is more fruity and has a good bitterness, making it a highly complete sake that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages. It's a sake that can be recommended to anyone, and that's the Collage.

This is an awesome drink in many ways... a taste like no other. It's more for the enthusiast. Flavor is lemon tea, taste is peanut? When it's heated up, it feels more nutty. It's going to be quite difficult to pair, but if you get into it, it's going to be awesome! At any rate, I love moyashimon, so I'm glad I got to experience it.

I stopped by a liquor store on my way home after eating ramen in Akihabara, and they had Tobiroki, so I bought some. I had it with a steak in the afternoon. It's really the best sake for a meal. Hiroki Shuzo is a great sake brewery that produces high quality sake all the time.

This is the kind of beer that you can drink forever like water, even when you are exhausted after work. It has none of the bitterness and bitterness of the green label, and gives you the feeling of eating a fresh Japanese pear. The price is 1,380 yen including tax, which makes me cry. Thank you very much to the brewers.

I had it for the first time. I was under the impression that the previous information was quite divided in its evaluation. I see, I think I understand. The taste is similar to the Isoban special junmai. It consists of a gas feeling, a slight sweetness and sourness, clarity, and bitterness. In the aftertaste, you can feel flavors like mango and papaya. This is the only character.... I think it goes well with Japanese food in general because it has a solid sake character as its base.

I've been saving up every month on Lemacom, and the Origari series is finally complete and unpacked! I thought they might taste the same, but they're quite different! The design concept seems to be different in the first place. Tenmei has a strong image of classic taste, but Origarami is dry and sweet fruity. I am surprised every time. I think my favorite is the Zero...the balance is just great! This time, I had it with tempura of wild vegetables. Tenmei is good for Japanese food.

Good evening, spicy lotus root! Oh, six in a row is so powerful! LOL! I like the Zero too ☺️. Tenmei has a good balance and transparency 🎶.

Speaking of No.7 yeast, I can't forget the shock of Shinsei Flax Cat. Strange sake! Such an impression... I've heard a lot about Yokoyama lately. To put it simply, it is the one that took the bitterness out of the Jikin unfiltered raw type. It is light, sweet, and fruity, and can be enjoyed with fruit after dinner.

Long time no post. Tobiroki, similar to Tasake's Special Junmai? Like Aizu Nakasho's Black? It's a little bitter-sweet. It's not the time of year anymore, but it would be perfect with grilled butterbur's leaf with dengaku miso. It's also good with boiled swordfish. It is not suitable for delicate Japanese food. There is no unpleasantness at all, as expected of Isohaman.

Kakushin with both pros and cons. Sweet, clean aftertaste, no personality. It's good, but I don't think I want to repeat it. It is a rare brand that does not make me happy with new sake. I expect it to be brewed from March. Recently, I have come to feel that sweet sake like Hanayo-yoku and Jyushiro are too heavy. Jikin, which is a five-flavor balanced type, and Kouyoukiku, which is a light taste, are good for drinking at night. Jyushiro is my favorite and I hope it will do well.

Found a cute package! Tastes like a smoothie with dried grapes, ripe persimmons, and rice. The aftertaste is not bad. I've never had a one-cup before, but it's pretty good. I think it would be better if you squeeze a little lemon because it's not enough.

Raw sake! Powerful! But refreshing! Immediately after drinking, the sweetness of the brewed alcohol explodes and kicks in, accompanied by the pungent bitterness of the alcohol. The aroma is pear. If you like sweet sake and are looking for an everyday sake, this is the one for you.

It has a strong yet refreshing aftertaste that will keep you drinking. The taste and specs are different, but we felt it was similar to Sharaku Junmai-shu. By all means!

It is a good food wine. It has a moderate aroma and a moderate sweetness, but it is not dry either. The alcohol smell is a little distracting, but it's refreshing from start to finish. The citrus or yuzu flavor spreads like a sizzle. Citrus? The bitterness is unique. I think it would be unbeatable with Yuzu Miso Dengaku. I don't have it.

It's a meeja feeling.... I still like Tobiroki the best! The great thing about this sake is that it has "sake character" at its core. Recently, there has been an increase in the number of sakes that say "it's like white wine", and I'm no longer impressed... At times like this, drinking this sake brings you back to your roots. It is a beautiful sake.

I wondered if they'd be okay packed in February, but no problem! It tastes like a pear with a concentrated sweetness. It's hard to find a Junmai Daiginjo full-bodied sake with an alcohol content of 17 degrees when you're only drinking the most popular brands these days. It is hard to drink unless you pair it with food that has a lot of flavor. It may be a punishment, but I would like to use it as a high quality cooking sake for fish stew.

I feel that Dewa Sanzane is delicious no matter which one I drink. Maybe it's because the level of sake in Yamagata is so high. It's not flashy, but it's a balanced type of sake with no flaws. Complaining from here? I have a complaint. The other day, due to a family member's mishandling, about 30 bottles of sake from Lemacombe froze. It was below minus 50 degrees. When I noticed it, I laughed rather than felt sad. I thought that Remacom accident happens for real (laugh). Instrument Masamune is all broken whether the quality of the glass is bad. Hanayoi and Hanaup were cut in half. Jikin and Tobiroki were all missing their lids and miraculously survived by defrosting. Only Jyushiro was frozen without any problem. The ones that came back alive were all fire-roasted, and the ones that were unpasteurized or had a gassy taste were no good... It was a good lesson for me. If you are using a Lemacombe, or buying one in the future. Make sure to cover the switch area.
