I wondered if they'd be okay packed in February, but no problem! It tastes like a pear with a concentrated sweetness. It's hard to find a Junmai Daiginjo full-bodied sake with an alcohol content of 17 degrees when you're only drinking the most popular brands these days. It is hard to drink unless you pair it with food that has a lot of flavor. It may be a punishment, but I would like to use it as a high quality cooking sake for fish stew.
