It is a good food wine. It has a moderate aroma and a moderate sweetness, but it is not dry either. The alcohol smell is a little distracting, but it's refreshing from start to finish. The citrus or yuzu flavor spreads like a sizzle. Citrus? The bitterness is unique. I think it would be unbeatable with Yuzu Miso Dengaku. I don't have it.
