3000 yen for 4 cups. I thought it was an aggressive price. But it's Kourarigiku, so I had no choice but to buy it. It's gassy, smooth, ramune, white grape, a little alcohol, a little miscellaneous taste, and delicious wood bond. The acidity is milder than the last Snow Crescent. It doesn't say what the rice polishing percentage is, but I'm guessing it's around 45-55%.

Good morning. Is Kouei Chrysanthemum supplied by Izumi-ya? It's nice to be able to buy them in my neighborhood.

You know him well. This is Izumiya. In Fukushima, the local sake is too delicious, so it's not so difficult to get. As a fan of Kouyigiku, I am grateful for that.

A bottle of Kouyoungiku is as special as a bottle of No6. It tastes like a pear, with a gassy, sweet taste and a perfect acidity that is not too strong. There is nothing to hold you back and you can gulp it down. You can drink it even when you have drunk a lot of sake and it's getting a little hard to drink. You can drink it even when you are feeling a bit tired of sake.

Kakemai Hatan Nishiki ver. tokushin! I like it better than the five million stone version because it has more acidity! Please check out the back label and take a look at it when you drink it. I've bought a whole range of Jikken, but the Special Junmai is the best for evening drinks. It's the type that makes you groan. The Jun-Gin is just beautiful and has a unique bitterness (grape skin in the case of Senbon Nishiki, hard white peaches in the case of Aisan). If you keep it for a while after opening, the alcohol stimulus becomes a little stronger, but the sweetness and richness become stronger and more balanced. Jikan's fire-boiling is a joy to grow.

Oh, sweet! It doesn't taste bad, but I'm not impressed. It doesn't have any weird personality, so it's like a cocktail with a soda and some Texan juice!

Classic black! Gasiness, acidity, bitterness, lightness! I think it's slightly similar to Jiken's Special Junmai... I drank it last year and I don't remember it being this good. As someone who only drinks Midnight Blue, this was a surprising discovery. If you like sweet and dry drinks, give this one a try!

It's that time of year when alcohol in the kitchen is rampant. Warm, richly seasoned dishes and Nara Man! Okay! It is very cost effective and makes drinking with dinner a pleasure. The taste is slightly sweet, light and delicious, and the yogurt-like acidity is effective. The ace of room temperature floor storage.

It looks like the dreaded sake has been born...! You should try this one. The smoothness of the mouthfeel that leads to that thing. It's fruity like a pineapple without being overpowering. It's sweet and spicy, so you can drink it by itself or during meals. The first drink is great. Also, the design of the lid is not as good as the Kuroryu, but the design of the lid is good. I'm looking forward to seeing how it will show its individuality in the future.

I finally got to drink the Koei-Kiku I've been wanting to drink for a while now! This is a brand that you really can't get unless you have a special dealer near you.... First of all, it's unfiltered raw sake, 14% alcohol, and it's squeaky clean from the specs. It has a citrus-like acidity and sweetness like a pear. It has a little bit of gas. It's beautiful and has no bitterness. No wonder the family I drank it with said they could drink it endlessly. I want to buy it in a bottle.

A very sweet sake with addictive qualities. A little bit of acidity holds the whole thing together well. It is carried out to the sunbathing. As is to be expected of the 14th generation super premium, it is delicious. Oh...it is Kamesen...excuse me.

Stable Hiroto River! It's similar to Tokushu Junmai, but it's not as flashy, so it's easier to match with food. It has a bit of acidity, so if you want to drink it cold, it will go well with sweet dishes such as grilled chicken with sauce, or braised pork. I'd also like to drink it lukewarm with Fukushima's specialty, Nishin no Sanshozuke (pickled herring). I don't have either.

If you drink it blind, you could mistake it for champagne. It has a natural acidity like Caspian Sea yogurt. It's not alcoholic. It looks good as a toast to a party.

It's been a while since I've had a real brew! Once again, I felt the awesomeness of this sake... It starts off with a sweet melon-like aroma and I thought it was going to be sweet, but it has a slight acidity and richness in the middle, and then finally kicks in with just the right amount of spiciness and exquisite bitterness from the alcohol. I've never experienced a perfect story like this before, except with Jikin Special Junmai-Hiugiage. I'm glad I found this sake, that's all.

It's a raw sake distributed only in Tochigi. Take a sip... it tastes worse than the sake in the chain izakaya! If you're wondering why, manufacturing is March 2019! By the way, I bought it in May of this year... a liquor store recommended it to me and grabbed it (tears). But even if it's in good condition, I don't think it's my cup of tea...too alcoholic and too sweet. I don't know if that's a good thing, because it's unpasteurized. I can feel drunk with one glass. It reminds me of a drinking party I had when I was a student. And the lid of the mechanical bottle doesn't close for some reason...pien. It doesn't seem to be able to be used for cooking sake either. I get the impression that many of the places in the countryside where the stores are run by older people (who rarely carry the famous local sake) are minefields. When buying sake on a business trip to the countryside, you should check out a reputable store.

The packing date was last December and I missed the drinking time...and ho ho. The S was the most balanced and delicious! (Directly.) As the label says, the limit for storing a bottle of sake in a refrigerator is 3 months. Everyone, please be sure to check the packing date when you buy sake at a liquor store or on the internet!

Simple word "Yamamoto" and a flashy yellow label. I bought the jacket without looking at the specs.... Before I drank it, I looked at the usual description and saw the word Yamahai! How is the mountain waste cold in the summer? I thought, but as I expected, it's dark. It's like a pure black with maximum body. So I put one in on the rocks and drank it... and it's perfectly gooey! It doesn't feel too thin when the ice starts to melt! It's good to drink at a low temperature, just as it was described.

This year, Aisan is here again! Shockingly delicious.... Slightly sweet, with just a hint of umami on it, and just the right amount of bitterness to kick it up a notch. It's like an adult cream soda! The instruments change in flavor as the day goes on, so I'll take a few and enjoy them for a while.

Denshu Special Junmai, it's a standard sake. I didn't pay attention to it, but the raw material rice is Hanabuki Yuki? It seems to be a sake rice for pure rice produced in Aomori prefecture. It's juicy, full-bodied, slightly tangy, and has a good finish, so you'll never get tired of drinking it. As President Takagi said, the ideal sake is one that is good in any situation, and I felt that this was exactly the case with the Tasake. In my mind, it is one of the most original sake like Tobiroki!

First time drinking, starting with the classic sake brewing! Light and easy to drink, the sake brewing principle! I was told that it could be served hot, but I was surprised to find that it tasted pretty good cold too! I heard there are other kinds of sake made with 99% koji rice? I'd love to try some of the maniacal specs!

I love the cool bottle design! It's not too sweet and the main thing is the richness of the sake. You can really drink it smoothly and gulp it down. It is very cheap for 1,400 yen including tax for a bottle of gongongong... It seems to be distributed until August, so we will take care of it for a while. That's right!

He's a rookie, but inside he's an old-timer, the Kenei Kubo of the Japanese sake world! It has a lustrous mouthfeel, with a gorgeous iso-incense, a hint of sweetness, and a bitterness towards the end that lingers beautifully! I feel it is sharper or more cohesive than the Honjozo. With the exception of the Aisan brewery, the Jun-Gin and mixed breweries started this year. If you stock up on a bottle this year, it will be fun to compare the different types next year. I can't wait to see what new products you have coming up! Gollasso!
