Long time no post. Tobiroki, similar to Tasake's Special Junmai? Like Aizu Nakasho's Black? It's a little bitter-sweet. It's not the time of year anymore, but it would be perfect with grilled butterbur's leaf with dengaku miso. It's also good with boiled swordfish. It is not suitable for delicate Japanese food. There is no unpleasantness at all, as expected of Isohaman.
