Hiduyoshi received as a souvenir from a New Year's party I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception! It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely. From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity. The flavor is now fuller and more vibrant, and it's ah~ delicious! Yes, this is it! This is what I mean! Thank you very much for the sake!

There is no description on the 300ml bottle, but according to the official website, it seems to be called Shiboritate Nama-nihan-shu. It has a good balance of sweet and spicy and is easy to drink. Shizuku-tori sake from my humble favorite, Ikumidoi-san. The aroma is gently fruity. It is berry-like with acidity. The mouthfeel is gentle, but the volume expands with both sweetness and dryness. It has a very beautiful structure with a disappearing aftertaste. A good sake for stand-alone drinking. I think it would also work well as a heated sake, perhaps because of the image of Ikumichii 👌.
