I bought this cup of sake when I bought Shinshu the other day. The concept seems to be to serve it with ramen, but I bought some fried chicken because Daiichi Shuzo told me that it also goes well with oily food like Machichuuka. I heard it has acidity, and it certainly does, but it's spicy. The spicier the better. But it is delicious! The fat from the fried food flows off nicely. This is good, I'll buy it again.

The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. Hakone Drink Comparison Set (3) On March 1, after a year-long event, I went on a trip to Hakone as a way of consolation! The local sake was served to compare with Japanese kaiseki. Is Hakone Ginjo the name of the brand? However, I am not sure because the name does not come up at all when I looked it up on Google... I haven't had a fire-brewed ginjo-shu in a long time. The ginjo aroma is pleasant. It has an elegant aroma and sharpness, and is the smoothest dry sake of them all. It is very good as a food sake for Japanese food, and goes well with white fish and vegetables. It is also good with sashimi!

Today's second drink is from a long-established local brewery in Kanagawa Light and dry Relatively thin on the tongue, with a slight aroma of the yellow part of pudding. It has a light sweetness, followed by a slight sourness. The aftertaste is a little alcoholic. Polishing ratio 70%, Sake degree +4, 13% alc. The overall taste is light. The aroma is surprisingly pudding-like! However, it is not so sweet and the sourness comes quickly, so it is less pudding-like, but this is the first Junmai sake with a pudding-like, egg-like flavor, which is good.
