For my fourth cup, I decided on the "Koshihikari" which caught my attention!
The palate is clean and refreshing, but as you taste it, it mellows out a bit with a banana feel.
The acidity tightens it up so that it does not interfere with the taste, so it is well-balanced and easy to drink👍.
