At the Niigata booth, we were served sake by Miss SAKE Niigata, who told us we were drinking only maniacs 🤣.

It has a thick flavor with sweetness and umami.
And creamy mouthfeel 😚.
Mild and easy to drink with no unpleasant elements.

It is light and dry ✨As you drink it, it has a sweetness like Wasanbon. It is a sake that has a gradually rich flavor.

Sweet mellow ☺️ acidity too. Loose at room temperature. My wife says she can drink this one much longer than the first Koshihikari.

First time participating in the Nagaoka Sake Festival 😆Even in a large venue, you can rest assured that you will have a reserved seat. 😮💨 First of all, here's the first one.
A little strong, a little tight. My wife says it goes well with miso 🤔Edamame softens it. This edamame "Koshi Issun" is excellent 🎉.
We drank a lot in one 2 hour session, so my comment on each one is short 😅.

Clear and dry, no waste 🍶.
The soy sauce flavored simmered rice matched well with the rice 🤗.
If the temperature rises, the rice is inevitably sweet and tasty, and the rice 🍚.
A perfect sake for daily evening drink 🍶.
It has a light milkiness and a savory flavor when heated up. I would recommend lukewarm heating. As it cools down, it becomes spicier.
Really, easy to match with anything. ☺️
