A clear, crisp sake with a robust rice flavor 🌾.
It gives the impression of a classic Niigata honjozo, but here in Chuetsu, it was a little sweeter, more like a sake from the Joetsu area 😋.
A lingering aftertaste. It is versatile and seems to go down smoothly (the drinkability is really noteworthy ❕).
