Whale wave is next. I thought it was your first time in Gifu Prefecture and you got one 😊. The aroma is fresh and fruity by nature, with a slight hint of hineyness, perhaps because the bottle was opened 3 months later. Well-balanced fruity. Almost no acidity. A full-bodied flavor softly appears at the end of the bottle. Although it is a draft sake, it is quite soft and mild. Maybe soft water? 🤔 It is best served cold or chilled. It seems to be difficult to age.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑱. The last of the Yomiuri Shimbun booth is here. There are stores where you can buy Nihonshin, and I've had it, but I've never seen such an expensive sake... Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice More modern label than the Nihonshin I drank at home 😁. It's gorgeous, but I felt it's more sake-like... The label is also modern and written in English, so I wonder if it's for export?

This one, like the Ko-Imari, was purchased when I was with Yoohee-san. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. It has a melon-like taste and a strong bitter taste like bitter melon. I thought it would be a little sweeter, but it is quite spicy. It is more like melon or cemedine. It is not my favorite type of rice.

Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

To compete with them with seafood, We consulted with them in advance about "Uchiwa Shrimp" caught in Hirado, Nagasaki. We consulted with them in advance and asked them to secure it for us at the market. We had them as sashimi. It was like a smaller horseshoe crab. They were very pleased 😁. Now for the 🍶... ☀️ Nagoya Junmai SAKE WEEK The brewer at this booth seemed to like to talk a lot and we got to hear a lot of stories 😆. He told me about the price of sake rice 😄. Sake 🍶. It won the gold award🥇 at the heated sake awards 👏. The color is amber 🟠. On the palate, it's a purely dry strain with a sense of maturity. It has a thick, robust rice 🌾 flavor and is a royalty. It was a sake that you could feel the life of its creator 🍶. It was getting dark and we ran out of tickets, so we decided to leave the venue and head home 😆.

ICHIDARUSHITOMI NITOMITOMI Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama-shu 720ml Rice polishing ratio 58 Alcohol content 15%. This is the first Shigaizumi. It is rustic but has a gentle and soft taste. Gentle and juicy. This is delicious! Shinshu sake, it is very deep. I will look for it again next week.
