Hatsuzakura Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake This is not "Hatsuzakura" from Yasui Shuzo Brewery in Shiga Prefecture, nor "Noto Hatsuzakura" from Sakurada Shuzo in Ishikawa Prefecture, but "Hatsuzakura" from Hatsuzakura Shuzo in Wakayama Prefecture. It is served cold. The color is clear and the yellow color is clearly visible. The top-tasting aroma is slightly caramelized first, followed by alcohol aroma.
