Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. As soon as it hits your tongue, you feel a little bit of sweetness and a thin lingering bitterness... If you like sake that is crisp and has a short aftertaste... You may not like it... If you want to match it with food, I feel that you have to fight it with tempura and other dishes with strong flavors such as salt or boiled vegetables... If the food is light in flavor... I think this sake might make it hard to taste the food... Personally, I feel it's like shochu (it's a freshly stored sake)...
