It was the day of Tachibana StampVal, so I went to only Ikoma among many stores participating in the event. I don't always go to other shops😅. I thought I was drinking it for the first time, but it looks like I had it last year at Harukas😅. It has a beautiful taste without a strong sense of maturity. Very easy to drink hiyaoroshi 😋. I've always wondered which came first, former Takarazuka Revue troupe member and singer Koshiji Fubiyuki or Koshiji Fubiyuki, but it seems Koshiji Fubiyuki's brand started in 1991!

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024⑱. The last of the Yomiuri Shimbun booth is here. There are stores where you can buy Nihonshin, and I've had it, but I've never seen such an expensive sake... Yamada-Nishiki 40% polished rice More modern label than the Nihonshin I drank at home 😁. It's gorgeous, but I felt it's more sake-like... The label is also modern and written in English, so I wonder if it's for export?

This one, like the Ko-Imari, was purchased when I was with Yoohee-san. The rice is Matsuyama Mitsui. It has a melon-like taste and a strong bitter taste like bitter melon. I've had Kanazawa-ya from the same brewery at an outing, but this is my first time drinking it. I had never heard of rice called "Takaneminori" before. It has a fresh aroma with a hint of cemedine. The impression is that it fades out after a pause from the refreshing feeling, followed by a gutsy sweet flavor. It is a new sake, but it has a strong umami.

Takatsugawa" Junmai-shu from Fusozuru's brewery We ordered this sake from Kotobukiya in Atsugi in January 2023, and it was commented on Kotobukiya's website as "a hidden gem for home drinking". It has been stored at room temperature for 2 years and 9 months since it came to our house, and it has further changed color and has some ooze. At room temperature, it has a matured, savory, and peculiar taste (this peculiarity is also its charm). It is still not hot enough at lukewarm temperature, but when the temperature is raised to 50℃ or higher, it is nice and full-bodied, The caramel-like sweetness spreads and attracts the taste buds. It is a great everyday evening sake, and can be kept at room temperature after opening, and is also suitable for aging.

The 5th Shinmae Festival, the 5th Kanno Thanksgiving Mie Shinshu Matsuri (15) Mie Nishiki, which we have not seen very often. The Mie Nishiki on the back label seems to be limited to Morishita Sake Shop. I think bouken-san drank it before. Mie Nishiki Chugutori Mie Nishiki Super Dry Junmai Ginjo (special order limited edition) The taste is mainly sour, with a slight yogurtiness, and a pungent aftertaste that gives it a clean, classic feel. I also saw several other limited editions with back labels from other breweries at Morishita Sake Shop. This is Mie Nishiki, a local sake from Iga, which we also bought in Okage Yokocho. It is a light and dry sake, perfect for a mealtime drink and easy to drink. When I saw the words "limited to Ise-Shima", I was tempted to buy it.
