Mine-no-Hakubai is also often seen as Hishiko at local liquor stores. However, Yukinubai is not so easy to find in my hometown. So, I got it on a business trip to Joetsu. I paired it with a taste of spring, firefly squid and broccoli with olive oil. It has a moderate aroma of cemedine or banana. It is sweet.
