Rice used: Sasanishiki, Dewa Kirari, and Miyamanishiki grown in Yamagata Prefecture. I found this in a grab bag at a liquor store in my neighborhood, which has become a regular feature for me. It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy. This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly.
