Natsuko yeast sake!
I left my fall sake unopened for a long time, but it remained easy to drink with a clean gentle umami flavor.
I think the previous Nadeko sake I had was a bit more lactic acidic, but this one was subtle, and I personally prefer this one!
There aren't many sakes that go perfectly with the Japanese-leaning, miscellaneous foods that we eat in our daily lives, so this one may be very rare and precious!
