The Owl label has a plump taste. The fruity taste immediately after opening the bottle gradually changes and settles down with a rather robust flavor. It is not a gulp, but a little bit at a time.

Fresh and open feeling that is typical of nama-shu. Slightly effervescent, it is a sake to be enjoyed with light snacks. Ideal for the first drink! Delicious!

At a izakaya in Osaki, a place of the Hirado guess. The acidity is refreshing. but 3 seconds later, a unique bitter taste follows. Interesting!

What is this? It's so delicious! The natural, slightly effervescent, sharp and rather refined taste is a good gap from the label. It's like meeting a beautiful woman in the countryside. Oh, it's from the same brewery as the instrument. No wonder I like it.
