The taste is light and refreshing, with a gentle sweetness and umami 😚 and a refreshing acidity, with a slight grape🍇 like aroma 😘. Not the usual gusto sake, but a rounded and rounded sake that is easy to drink 🥳.

It's an easy to drink sake without any habits, but it's a little bit quiet and too ordinary. It was a beautiful sake with a beautiful taste.

I bought it at a product show the other day. I had never heard of this brand, but I tasted it and liked it. It was 19 degrees, so I drank it lightly on the rocks. I paired it with stewed daikon radish and shellfish sashimi as the cold weather deepened. It was moderately dry and went well with sashimi.

The second sake is a sake that has been laid to rest for three years. Okushika. Oily food goes well with it, but it is also quite hard-boiled with a sense of danger at 18 degrees alcohol. It is delicious, though. It goes especially well with fried foods and strong meals. Try it with shimarakko tempura. Rice used: Yamadanishiki Rice polishing ratio 60 Alcohol content 18

This is my first time to drink Akushika Okushika! The aroma is not so strong, but the umami, acidity, spiciness, etc. are all well balanced though each has a strong and solid flavor 👍I can drink it with peace of mind 😌🍶. 180ml Nishinoseki bought at my usual liquor store. My first Oita! I thought it would be sweet, but the aftertaste is a bit spicy. But it's delicious. It tastes like I'm drinking it.

We stock sake from Kyushu, which we don't have much of locally. The first one is Nishinoseki. The aroma and taste are quite hard. The first punch worked on my hungry body. It made me hot from the back of my throat to my stomach.

The fifth sake in the lineup was this one, which boasts the lowest sake level of -14. Nishinoseki Nigori Sake. A single-bottle of ginjo fresh-stored sake from a brewery in Higashinada (Narumi). Very pleasant sake quality. It's the season of hydrangea👍.

The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.

@Osawa of Sake Rice used is unknown Not fruity at all. It is not light and dry, and has aged well. The taste is a mellow type with a strong umami. The aftertaste is surprisingly refreshing for a Daiginjo. It is what is called "the sake of sake.

I stopped by Hashimoto Sake Brewery on my way to Yamanaka Onsen last year. The store is a bit like a museum, and you can learn a lot from the easy-to-understand explanations about the rice polishing ratio and the process of making sake. I was not able to taste the sake because I was the handle keeper, but the president recommended a lot of sake and my family was getting drunk (sweat). I drank it cold, but it was still dry. When I heated it up, it became soft, mellow, and easy to drink. The color is quite amber, so the polish may be shallow. Personally, I think drinking it at room temperature or hot is the right way to go. I like to drink sweet sake cold, but I'm starting to think it would be nice to drink dry sake hot ( ˘ω˘ ).

This is the first jacket I've ever seen with shurikens 💠. It's so sharp, it's called "super dry"! I thought it would be pretty grueling, but it was 20 degrees alcohol😇.

It is "Iginjunsei" (酏吟純聖) Yamahai-brewed Junmai Ginjo by Mifuyu Shuzo. This junmai ginjo is made from Shiga Prefecture's Yamadanishiki rice polished to 55% and fermented at low temperatures using the Yamahai method. You can taste the unique acidity and robustness unique to Yamahai. It is also a great sake that can be served lukewarm.
