Dry
Not as dry as I expected. Sweet at first, piquant later. It tastes good cold, but as the temperature rises, it becomes milder. Excellent for a special honjozo. 4.0

This is the end of the New Year's sake. This is the most beautiful dry sake. The acidity is zero❗️. It is made by the taste of rice and bitterness.

I was looking at the moon and it got cold... 😋. The flavor precedes the taste, but the bitterness soon rushes in.

The alcohol content is 20 degrees. It is very strong. The sourness spreads and there is a faint umami taste. We hope to see you again this year.

I got "Uonuma de sakou" as a souvenir....sold only in Minamiuonuma, the concept is good ⭕️...I couldn't find a good marriage...but I'm sipping it with yellowtail sashimi and okonomiyaki...Niigata sake 🍶 traditional light dry taste.... ...I've had it a few times...it's a good ⭕️ as a food sake 🍶! It's really good......and I realized once again that Niigata sake is very popular.......

Nice to meet you too, Mr. Uonuma. The first aroma is slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, it is a little more modern and dry. It has a soft umami flavor that quickly fades away. This is quite a tasty dry 🍶✨. I think my dad would like it.

Banana, slightly nutty. Not flashy, "quiet aroma" 😌. Slight sweetness → immediately followed by sharp acidity and bitterness

Purchased at a local liquor store...Yamada Nishiki, ✖️ Gohyakumangoku = Koshitanrei, 100% sake rice from Niigata Prefecture. Sweet! It's more of a drink to enjoy on its own than a midday drink... it's a beginner's drink... women will love it... and since it's unfiltered, it's unfiltered, you can drink it on the rocks with ice... yup!

The aroma is gorgeous and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of rice is a little different from the fruity flavor. I wonder if it is. Cold sake was delicious.

I bought a small bottle of Kikusui Shuzo at a nearby convenience store 🥂. It was labeled as a ginjo-shu, but the aroma was subdued and it was a delicious regular sake with just the right amount of umami 😋.

Sake made with Aizan. Sake degree -7 This is a raw version of the one we drank before. It is sweet and sour, juicier than the fire-aged version, and has a slightly fizzy taste. A little bitterness at the end. I prefer it to the hi-ire version.

I'm already drinking! I have not regretted a single drink (nor any) in my lifetime! I compared the drinks. There was a lot of information in the endorsement, but I didn't read it and just went with my sensibility. I thought Raoh had a hard flavor, while Kenshiro was gentler than Raoh. 〜From Nanto

Drinking comparison (๑🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶💕) This is for last month 💧. I'll have the ones I drank this year before the end of this year... 💧. Memo note Alone It has a light sweetness, but it is moderate compared to AKABU. Suitable for a mealtime drink Delicious with fresh tuna from Miyagi Prefecture 😋. Warmed to lukewarm Sourness and alcohol taste My personal preference is about room temperature😸.

Oh, I want to drink Hama Musume.... Apparently, one out of every three people in Iwate Prefecture has this urge. This is the Iwate-only junmai sake that I keep buying on repeat. A privilege of Iwate residents. **:. o(≧▽≦)o . . :**

Drinking comparison (๑🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶🍶💕) This is what we drank last month 💧. Iwate Prefecture limited, on sale on 25th Koch wins for the opening sound: ❣️ I think the freshness is also Kochi's. ☺️ I think it has more sweetness than fire-roasted. I think it has more sweetness than fire-roasted, but the bitterness might be more noticeable 🤔. My personal preference is Koch 👆.

(*^o^*)🍶🍶🍶🍶 I asked the lady at the liquor store for a good flavor recommendation and bought some 😀. The taste is light and refreshing, with a gentle sweetness and umami 😚 and a refreshing acidity, with a slight grape🍇 like aroma 😘. Not the usual gusto sake, but a rounded and rounded sake that is easy to drink 🥳.

(* ̄ ̄)🍶🍶🍶🍶 KISS of FIRE is a local alcoholic drink. I've seen it on TV commercials sometimes. It's a bit pricey, but I got it from a friend and had it chilled. It's an easy to drink sake without any habits, but it's a little bit quiet and too ordinary. It was a beautiful sake with a beautiful taste.

The rice used is Gohyakumangoku. I bought it at the end of last year at an antenna store in Toyama. I didn't know about this brand. The color is a light amber. The color is pale amber, and the flavor is just as it should be. It's relatively easy to drink because it's crisp and not overpowering, but it didn't seem to suit my partner who likes floral and sweet flavors. It didn't match well with the grilled chicken, but I think it will swell up with time, so I'll leave it for a while. It's quite a unique sake, and I don't dislike it!

I have had Taitozan before, but I don't remember much about it, so I bought it for the first time in a while. It has a slightly astringent white wine-like aftertaste with almost no sweetness. I think it is best to drink it with fish dishes, which is a standard white wine. Since it is winter from now on, yellowtail and radish would be delicious. I, of course, drink it only with sake.
