When I drank it, I found it to be refreshing!
It is delicious, with a good flavor and acidity.
I thought Noto Peninsula's sake had a more traditional sake feel, but I would like to continue to care about Noto Peninsula's sake breweries in the future when I think I can enjoy various tastes of sake again.
