This sake was purchased at the Tokyu Hands Tohoku Fair last month. I opened the bottle after drinking all the Miyaizumi. It has a gorgeous sweetness that rushes in from the first sip! It doesn't have the aftertaste of raw sake, and it goes down nicely. It's definitely good. This sake is brewed from 100% Akita Sakekomachi polished to half its original strength. Tonight we will drink it at home. I have a bad feeling about this...

The ninth bottle was Kami no Ho from Mie Prefecture. The first bottle was a Saku no Kami no Hoho, which got me hooked on sake rice, but it tasted completely different. The aroma is banana, I guess. I looked up where they sold it and was surprised to find a special distributor near me 😲. I ended up buying three different kinds! It's like a muscat with a standing aroma! The first sip gives the impression of being rich, but the mouthfeel is clear. I didn't taste much sweetness. The rich taste is followed by the umami of the rice, which is also heavy and robust. There is a slight alcohol aftertaste. The bitterness is also moderate~! If I have a chance, I'd like to try the raw sake.
