This is the last in the Shiga Sake series.
It has a gorgeous aroma, sweetness and acidity in the mouth, and a very refreshing taste that finishes with a light bitterness.
I had three kinds of Shiga Sake, Taga, Laughing Season, and Nikkoku-Tsuchisei, and I would like to try the other kinds again.

More oriental and tart mouthfeel. The sweetness is moderate, and the pleasant sourness and rice crumbles are interesting. The bitterness in the second half is mellowed by the lingering ori.

(It is very light on the tongue, but has a sweetness to it, and when heated up, it has a savory graininess to it, and it is certainly best when heated up.

I usually only drink dry honjozo, but this kind of sweet honjozo is good too!
It's a good opportunity to broaden my palate!
