☀️ The Tokyo venue for "Gifu's Local Sake Drunk 2024" 🏢. The venue is a large room with sake brewery booths located near the walls 🛖. Despite the brand name, there is almost no sweetness, and the rice 🌾ness is felt first. The mouthfeel is light and the sake is lightly finished 🍶.

Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka ③. Snow White" booth. The only female toji in Gifu Prefecture. Ms. Aisako Watanabe, the only female toji in Gifu Prefecture, visited the booth. MINONISHKI Junmai Ginjo Namaishiginjo-Namaishigashizukuri Nama-narashu. It has a strong yogurt-like sourness, but I don't dislike it. It has a little more umami. I heard it can be mixed with carbonated water. Kakuyukihime Junmai Daiginjo It has a clear taste, but it also has a little more umami, and the overall impression is loose. Snow White Junmai Daiginjo Another loose, easy to drink, with just a hint of umami. The "Shirayukihime" was not so much umami and sweetness, and it seemed like it needed a little more punch.

There seems to be a brewery not far from Ogaki station 🤔. Ogaki can be a day trip with time to spare 😁. What we drank MINONISHKI Nama-Hashiwazukuri Junmai-Ginjo Nama-Nagara Sake Polishing ratio 58% Hidahomare Sake meter -16 I thought it was Minonishiki but the rice is Hidahomare😅. It looks like Minonishiki is a brand name that's been around for a long time. Sour. Slightly high perversity. Taste like Mai-bijin. Snow White Junmai Daiginjo Polishing ratio 50%, Hatsushimo, Sake meter +4 Well, is this one too subtle? It's too clear... There is no ginjo aroma, and it doesn't have enough flavor to be called "Ajiginjo". Hakusetsu Hime Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 68%, Sake meter -1 There are two types of junmai nama-zake, and this one is sweeter, so I tried it. This is also an unfiltered raw sake, but the umami is weak or absent, and it is subtle... I enjoyed MINONISHKI, which is like Mai-bijin, but this one is also very peculiar, so there may be different tastes 🤔.

It is a sake that made some kind of set. The izakaya I often go to, which is a place that promotes "Shiki", had it in stock, so I had high expectations for it. The aroma is mellow, but it also has an interesting rummy feel to it. I think the alcohol taste is refreshing. The mouthfeel is mellow, similar to Shiki. The water quality is also smooth, and it feels sympathetic to the soft water of Laughing Season. However, the second half of the bottle has a completely different character and is dry, with a rich and bitter taste that sharpens up. I think it will go well with food if it is chilled and served as a mid-meal drink 👍.
