The venue is a large room with sake brewery booths located near the walls 🛖.
Despite the brand name, there is almost no sweetness, and the rice 🌾ness is felt first.

MINONISHKI Junmai Ginjo Namaishiginjo-Namaishigashizukuri Nama-narashu.
It has a strong yogurt-like sourness, but I don't dislike it. It has a little more umami. I heard it can be mixed with carbonated water.
Kakuyukihime Junmai Daiginjo
It has a clear taste, but it also has a little more umami, and the overall impression is loose.
Snow White Junmai Daiginjo

It looks like Minonishiki is a brand name that's been around for a long time.
Sour. Slightly high perversity. Taste like Mai-bijin.

There is no ginjo aroma, and it doesn't have enough flavor to be called "Ajiginjo".

There are two types of junmai nama-zake, and this one is sweeter, so I tried it.
This is also an unfiltered raw sake, but the umami is weak or absent, and it is subtle...
