I bought this sake for myself as a souvenir of my trip to Ueda! I like it very much, with apple-like sweetness and rice flavor...! I heard it's hard to buy outside Ueda, I'll buy it again when I have a chance to visit Ueda again... 🥹The liquor store where I bought this had a great selection!

At the second Asahikawa, I found a sake with Hokkaido's name! Hokkaido's sake has a strong sharpness, because the taste of vegetables, meat and fish is strong...? The sashimi platter with crab and scallop is amazing!

Trip to Hokkaido! I went to Otokoyama Sake Brewery for the first time, free tasting... 😭I usually don't drink dry sake, but when I was told it's only for Hokkaido, I just had to... 🍶.

As expected, "Jyushidai" is delicious! It is overwhelmingly easy to drink 👏, and it has a little bit of wine-like taste, even though it's a rice wine..! I can recommend it to anyone!

At an izakaya with Akita cuisine that I was curious about! The seasonal kayagi (small pot) with seri and chicken is the best. The broth was so good that I drank it all up. I really wanted to have Zosui (rice porridge) with Akita Komachi...next time for sure!
