The refreshing fizziness is just like the label implies, and when mixed with the nigori flavor, it's a sweet and refreshing paradise 🏝🏖😇. Next up was the Ittiki Senzan Comet Nama-no-Hara Sake. The only sake from Gifu that I know of is Ikki Senzan, so I thought I'd give it a try. It was a brand that had just been opened. It was a brand that had just been opened, so I liked the way the flavor was firmly on the tongue. The sweetness was not too strong and flowed down the throat easily. This is the first hit I've had in a long time. I wanted to drink it slowly, but I had to keep up with the pace of my grandchildren. Kansai Salmon Ware year-end party⑳⑳ We said goodbye to Umaisan, Maru, Rutemi, pyonpyo and Robin and went to the 3rd party. Mr. Muchi helped us to find a restaurant for the after-party too. I remember it was pretty fruity and refreshing. We also drank Niiyu's dry sake and Toyo Bijin's straight kumi, which is not on the menu 😋. I always listen to kan's 🐴 stories: 👂️ Mother and father are important 🐎. Jive-san had to leave on the way because his train time came 🙋. Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.

He said it was a thank-you for the 3 kg of new rice he delivered every year during his tenure, which he called a "taste test. Rice has become sake!
