I happened to order this bottle at the inn where I stayed. I drank it after biting into a large rockfish that came out of the bottle. I felt no heaviness in the mouthfeel, and when I drank it, the sweetness from the rice was so strong that it dominated my mouth with sweetness, making me happy. I think this is the sweetest sake I have ever had. The aftertaste is not so dry contrary to the sake level, and it is very easy to drink, allowing you to fully enjoy the sweetness of the rice. れないIf you think of it as the upper reaches of the Tone River system, as the name implies, it is interesting to drink it, and while it is clear, you can also taste the feeling of that flavor when it reaches Ibaraki. 酒は舐める程度Temperature Estimated 5°C
Taste 50%.
Color Almost colorless and transparent
Aroma: A common aroma for honjozo.
Taste: Hmmm. I don't think this is something to drink cold.
I bought it from a vending machine and it was chilled to a crisp, so I took it home and drank it right away, but I didn't taste any flavor or umami, probably because it was chilled.
There is no mention of it on the label, so I wonder if it is out of the standard for junmai sake. ジョナジョナFrom the rice to the yeast, all of the sake is made in Gunma.
It has a light, grain-like aroma and a refreshing taste with the flavor of rice and a hard acidity.
I drank it chilled, but it might be better served warmed. Good when you want to enjoy food as the main course.
As it was Culture Day, we enjoyed this traditional sake with Negima-ni (stewed green onions). ポジポジI visited the sake brewery to collect sake stamps when I was camping at Kawaba Auto Camping Ground.
The taste was normal. なつこ Gunma Travel
Clear, tasty, a little spicy, and pungent. ジョナジョナDespite the 90% milled rice ratio, it has a refreshing flavor with a honeyed apple aroma and a clear acidity. It is delicious both on its own and with food, and does not become boring to drink. おしんこAll sake is produced in Gunma Prefecture.
It is not peculiar, easy to drink and delicious.
It has the feel of a simple sake, which is good. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
