From the Tone Nishiki brewery, the second in the dancing series, "Dancer". Low-alcoholic sake with a high koji ratio.
Chilled.
Aromatic or rather sweet aroma with a somewhat mucky atmosphere that reaches deep into the head. It has a complex flavor with a mild, firm sweetness and a grain-like hardness. The acidity gives a clear flavor profile, and there is enough umami to give a satisfying but not lingering sharpness.
This may be a flavor I have never tasted before.

Sake made from Koshihikari rice, 90% polished rice, and once-fired.
I chilled it.
Slightly grain-like sweet and sour aroma. It has a moist sweetness and rich acidity, with a juicy umami lingering in the aftertaste, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
It looks like it could be aged for a long time.

Tone-Nishiki low-alcohol sake, with a QST (Quantum Science and Technology Agency) seal on it, probably because QC13, an export yeast, is used.
Chilled as indicated on the label.
The aroma is refreshing and sweet. The taste is mildly sweet and sour, with a hint of sweetness and a lingering richness. A little matured?
It is fruity, but it does not feel out of place when paired with fish.
Nagai Honke is a small brewery with a small production volume, but they have some interesting sakes that are fun to drink.

It was hotter than expected today, so I went for low-alcoholic sake!
When the bottle is opened and poured, the aroma is sweet and sour and penetrating.
The mouthfeel is clear with a soft touch. The sweetness spreads out with purity after landing softly on the palate, just like a gorgeous dancer!
The low alcohol and acidity give it a light feeling, and the spicy astringency that comes slowly at the end of the palate closes it out. The cool and refreshing sensation that quickly disappears.
It has a freshness like apple or citrus when you drink it quickly, but when you taste it thoroughly, the light flavor of the rice comes out, so it is delicious without losing its sake-like character ✨.
It has an argo-style flavor, but I have the impression that it fits well into the sake category.
It's a good workmanship...!

Well, it's rich. Well, it is not quite rich, but it is quite mellow. The moderate acidity and sweetness flow down to the back of the throat on the richness, and the lingering aftertaste is the best. The aftertaste is also rich and lingers forever. It will never make you tired of drinking it.
The liquid has a subtle rice ear color, and the legs are long and strong, although they are not very long.

I bought it at a supermarket in Numata, but I guess it is not easily distributed outside of the prefecture.
It is a firm sake, typical of Gunma. As is typical of highly polished junmai (pure rice), there is a hint of fruit and flowers in the aroma. It has a sweetness and umami that comes out when it is lukewarm or more, which is typical of Gunma, and I think it would go well with motsu-ni (stewed pork), pork dishes, mushrooms, and wild vegetables.

I happened to order this bottle at the inn where I stayed. I drank it after biting into a large rockfish that came out of the bottle. I felt no heaviness in the mouthfeel, and when I drank it, the sweetness from the rice was so strong that it dominated my mouth with sweetness, making me happy. I think this is the sweetest sake I have ever had. The aftertaste is not so dry contrary to the sake level, and it is very easy to drink, allowing you to fully enjoy the sweetness of the rice.

If you think of it as the upper reaches of the Tone River system, as the name implies, it is interesting to drink it, and while it is clear, you can also taste the feeling of that flavor when it reaches Ibaraki.
