I stumbled across this sake at the store✨. The Obata Sake Brewery, which brews Manotsuru, used to use the brand name "Sashu Masamune" until shortly after the war. And the only specs revealed were alcohol content and 100% Sado rice. I bought it because I was attracted by the story and the concept of telling a story through taste, not specs! Gentle muscat-like aroma A clean sweetness with no cloying taste. The mouthfeel is wonderful, and the flavor is worthy of the Green Label name. It has a nice sharpness and a bitterness that appears later. It is refreshing and pleasant to drink!

This brewery was closed in April this year due to the effects of Corona and other factors. It is said that there is no reopening schedule, so it is practically closed. If the name of the sake rang a bell, you're right 👍It's an amazing sake that has taken the name of a famous book. Denemon is a sake brewery brewed by just one person. The name comes from Michel Carouge's famous book "The Bachelor's Machine," which is cited as the bible of the master brewer. It is also related to Marcel Duchamp's "The Bride Naked by Her Bachelors, Even (a.k.a. The Big Glass)". When I think about the sake rice "Aizan," I can see the image of this sake being brewed with love while loneliness, loss of humanity, and the desire for barren love cross the mind 🧐. Today we are going to start with our special bird ❤️ no doubt👍and our favorite gateau rusk🥰Carouge & Duchamp, so it's like a French 🇫🇷... ❤️ By the way, this "bachelor" is not sweet at all 🤘 it is rather tangy and spicy, and has a sharp taste, leaving a bitterness that is typical of Aizan. But it is not too alcoholic, and is indeed easy to drink 🧐. When paired with the rusk with pomegranate on top, the sweet and savory flavors are gradually felt. Edo period (@_@) I admire the continuous efforts and wisdom of the people who have kept this taste and this brewery alive since time immemorial. That is why we can enjoy this taste now. Continuing our night in Omiya This restaurant serves delicious fish, so we had sashimi, grilled sardines, grilled sea bream, stewed summer vegetables, and more 😋 The price is a bit expensive, but it was a nice and lively restaurant 😅🤗. Just a bunch of drinkers who love oysters and sake 😊I had been wanting to go to a restaurant in Fuchu with Nochi-san and Yuka-chan and we started drinking early on a Saturday. We had a great time, but it wasn't much, as we split one cup of sake between the three of us and drank 10 cups. The oysters were as good as their reputation, and since oysters are also drinks, I wonder how many drinks we drank 🧐. I've already introduced you to Imadaiji🦪, which Yucachin brought, so I'll go with this one, which was delicious and memorable. It is sold at Koyama Sake Shop in Azumamine. It's sweet and tasty and perfect for my taste, so I had to have another one. I also had another glass of Kariho's Oyster Lovers Rock, which was written to go well with oysters, so that's 8 pictures but 10 glasses. Igarashi sake is also delicious, and the first Sen was delicious and went well with the oysters. I also had a bottle of Toyoka, which I drink a lot in Nagano 😊Fukkai and Kagiya were both delicious. Purchased at the Shinsaibashi Takashimaya Department Store on the recommendation of a store clerk. Rice used is unknown. The richness of the original sake can be felt. It does not have much of a nama-zake character, and is clear and clean through the throat, making it a sake that you will never get tired of drinking. Because of its name, I had always assumed it was a sake from Kyoto.
