Slightly yellowish.
The sake is junmai sake, so you would expect it to be robust, but it has a light mouthfeel.
The light sweetness and acidity are pleasant.
It is only 500 ml, so it ran out quickly. I wonder if I should throw it away or reuse it after drinking out of the Italian bottle every time. I'm a poor person, aren't I?
