(I was tired from eating too much rich food, so I decided to balance it out with some light sake, so I bought a bottle of Nenohi from Yamaya. Nenohi is thin, as was the case with the cup sake. The light flavor is clear but still has the presence of light flavor to make the most of it! Today, I overcame my fear of the new koro and went to a hot spring! The treasure of Amagasaki, Tsukiji Ebisu Spa is still wonderful! I got the locker number 17 and the BIGBOSS number 1! Then I went to Ohmononokunushi Shrine and wished to become a big shot! Then we went to the recently excavated Nozato no Yu! It was a light spring! After that, we went to Hashigawa Shrine along the Yodogawa River, which was also nice!

The rice used is Hakutsuru Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture. This sake is gorgeous and very elegant. The balance between sweetness and fresh citrus bitterness is just right. This sake is very good and makes the sake cups go up and up. Under 2,000 yen for this specs and this deliciousness may be a bargain. It was delicious. ❣️

I bought it because it was in Hankyu. I've had a sake called "Kaga no Tsuki no Niji" before, but I wonder if the contents are the same. It is thin and cloudy. It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and a light pineapple flavor. The second half is quite pungent. There is something gentle in the mouthfeel that is unique to saké squeezed in a bag, isn't there?

Last year I wanted to drink it but couldn't, so this year I really wanted to buy this sake. I'm glad I bought it! Too much Moromi! That's what a certain liquor dealer said, but I thought so too. The aroma is faintly apple...? First, let's take a taste of the supernatant... Sweetness like apples and pears! The overtones also smell like apples! There is a sourness! It's like a sweet and sour apple with a refined taste of koji. For a sake of this time of year, there are no unusual spikes in the flavor. If you think the taste is similar to something, it is similar to La+Yachiyo ROOM by Yachiyo Shuzo. I'm convinced that it has a sweetness like a pear as well as an apple. If you mix it with nigori, it becomes more dry even though it is energetic. It should be easy to drink even for those who are not that good at sweet taste.

#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The one I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to after a baseball game and drank after I got home. It tastes like Aizan, but is closer to a classic. It is spicy with a little sweetness. It tastes hotter than when I tasted it. It is spicy even if the temperature is changed. I think it is hard to drink by itself. This sake is brewed by Umeshiki Yamakawa, a subsidiary of the major sake maker Hakutsuru Shuzo. In recent years, Hakutsuru Shuzo has purchased a number of breweries from across Japan. The Aomori-based brewer Momokawa, which uses Hakutsuru Nishiki, is also a subsidiary company of Hakutsuru Shuzo. Not much of an aroma, slight whiff of alcohol. Dry, watery and clean on the palate, with little umami and a slight alu taste. After drinking it, it has a light throat feeling with a faint sweetness. It is a standard shokuchu sake. For the snacks, we had stewed kalbi and root vegetables, mussel pickled in soy sauce, chili bonito sakutome, and baby star ramen with the flavor of kondashi. It goes best with sakabuto, which enhances its sweetness.

Rice used is Yamae Nishiki It is supposed to be a sake that goes well with mushrooms, but in the end I did not pair it with mushrooms. However, it has a gentle sweetness, and it was just plain delicious. It also had a mushroom-like flavor, though it was only vaguely. Bitter and astringent tastes are close to that. It's a sweet sake, juicy, but clear and elegant on the palate. It was well balanced and certainly seemed to go well with mushroom dishes.

It's probably a minor brand in Japan, but it's been getting rave reviews around the blogosphere, so I set my sights on this one and bought it for this year's summer sake. By the way, are there really only 3 special dealers nationwide 😳 (PS: You indicated that you think there are 4) The aroma is mild and slightly rummy. When you drink it, there is a little ripe fruitiness, like orange or alcohol for a moment, then the umami comes, then a little bitterness, and then it starts to kick in. The sweetness becomes stronger on the second day and the impression improves. It is a bit similar to To Kaizakari, but not as sweet as To Kaizakari's Nama-zake. On the third day, it is heated to 40°C and 45°C. The first taste has a fruity or sugary sweetness. The sweetness comes out first, but then the spiciness comes out with a slightly ripe umami, and it becomes spicy and sharp. When cooled, it becomes sweet without losing its sharpness. It is best served warmed. It has a very high degree of perfection, and although it is 13 degrees Celsius, it does not feel thin. It is modern, but has a good umami flavor, and is medium rather than light, which is unusual for a low-alcohol sake. It's not obvious unless you are told that it is a summer sake, and it seems to be a somewhat modern all-year-round sake. It is very difficult to say that you dislike it, regardless of whether you are a modern or classicist. It is made in March and shipped in June, and seems to be slightly matured on purpose.

After the Daiginjo, we had this sake 🍶♪ It is a slightly dry sake, so it is light and refreshing, but you can also taste the sweetness of the rice. I thought it was a perfect match for the oily soup of the motsu nabe and the champon noodles we had as a finale.

I saw Sanad and Nemuchi rave about this brand a long time ago, and it was on my list of things to drink. The sweet and gentle aroma is pleasant. It has a pleasant sweetness in the mouth and a long, lingering spiciness after swallowing. It has a strong alcoholic taste and a rather robust flavor. This is one of my favorite types 😋. It is good with simmered dishes in Japanese cuisine. It has a wide range of dishes that can be matched with western food as well👍.

This is a gift from an acquaintance, a long aged honjozo. It has a beautiful amber color with a good balance between the full flavor of the rice and the aroma like Shaoxing wine, and it goes well with strong meals.
