This is the first time I have had it.
The aroma is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it tastes quite sour and not as sweet as the aroma.
It is well balanced and delicious ✨.
It's been a long time since I last saw Gekchutensen!
What a cute label!
The kitten messing with the moon in the air is so cute!
The sake is -13 in Sake, so how sweet can it be...
When I drank it... Hmm!
The sweetness is not as strong as I thought it would be... then it starts with a citrus-like sourness and finishes with a slight bitterness.
The Getsu Zhong Tian that I have had so far is rather strong in its sweetness and acidity, but this one is very light!
Perhaps it is because the alkalinity is low, but you will not get tired of drinking it, and it is refreshing!
I highly, highly recommend this one!
Sour and quite refreshing entrance.
Pineapple melon-like.
One fire but fruity flavor that remains.
Beautiful juiciness.
After a bit, it's tangy and spicy, and that's good again.
I like it.
4/5 stars for my favorite.

Color Clear and colorless
Aroma: A clean rice aroma typical of nama-shu.
Taste: The mouthfeel is too refreshing and not as satisfying as the aroma. Sourness appears in the aftertaste.
Overall impression: Goes well with fried or oily food.
Getsu-chu-ten Junmai Namaishu Summer Sake
15-16% 70% Sanuki Yomai 1800ml 3110 yen
This is a bottle of Nishino Kinryo's Gasshuten. I really like this sake.
The acidity is juicy with a cucumbery feel. It has a deep taste.
It has a tangy and spicy flavor, so it is not just a sweet sake. It is a summer sake, so maybe they are trying to make it dry.
Sanuki Yomai's sake has hit all the right notes so far. They must be improving Kagawa's sake.

Today's Sake from the Land of Sanuki!
From Sanuki Claudi, after a long time...
It's sweet, but a little medicinal?
It has a nice taste on the palate, but...?
Maybe a little spicy. ⁉️
