Shishimai Fuunroku Part 3 The next point of rest and ga-in is Tenjo Yumegen This label commemorates the 100th anniversary of Maruka Kensetsu, located in the same area as Nakayu Sake Brewery. The contents are probably the same as the regular Tokujun, but it is only at local festivals that this kind of sake is served as a sacred sake. However, I am not sure if this label is "Yamato" or "Taiwa". It has been a long time since I have tasted Tenjo Mugen, and while it has a dry base, it is slightly sweet, has a strong umami flavor, and has a nice acidity and bitterness. The general meeting at the end of last month was held at a local grand hotel, and the sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai from the Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery. The sake used was Nanafukujin Junmai by Kikunoji Sake Brewery. It is not sticky-sweet, but rather light and easy to drink. If the sake is not made with the same level of care and attention as the all-you-can-drink sake, more and more people will leave the sake industry, and short-term tricks will not be effective these days. This Sake surprised me. It starts sweet and fizzy then finishes dry. There is a soft mouth feel with a mild flavor of sweet pear. The finish is dry and clean. I am enjoying this as an after drink. 😃

I bought a bottle of Ayagiku's raw sake because it seems to be rare. I bought it at Okura Sake Shop in front of Tamatsukuri Station. It is a new store opened this year. They seem to carefully select and handle brands that are not found in the Kansai region. They have a wide selection of sake brands such as Rairaku, Kinshi Morinori, Shonosato, Hizen Kurashin, Chitose Mori, Kikunoi, Hakuryu (Fukui Prefecture), Ayagiku, Hanashimi, Zoka, Morinokura, Rokkasen, Tenzan, etc. Sake made with Sanuki olive yeast. Fresh, rich, sweet and acidic. The acidity is impressive, but there is also a bit of spiciness in the latter half. It has a light mouthfeel for its alcohol content, perhaps due to the acidity. It does have a slightly tropical flavor.

I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

Naohiko Noguchi Institute I wanted to try. Smells like caramel and grain. It has a dry, drinkable, honey-like sweetness, a strong flavor, powerful acidity, and a clean aftertaste with enough stimulation to numb the tongue. Delicious. Impact like a whiskey. The official recommendation is to drink it lukewarm (around 40 degrees Celsius). The warmer it is, the less stimulating it is. It is a great match for fish, and the fish becomes twice as good with the support. I should have bought another kind. Second day. The second day was also good.

It's an Ibaraki sake bar, but they also sell a lot of small bottles 😆. So I bought a small bottle as a souvenir 🤣. I wanted to drink hot sake, so I chose this one that looks good for hot sake. This is Tsuki no I of Oarai ❗️ Yumbe Yokocho is the best place to drink, just stick the bottle in ❤️. I'll have it at 50°C 😋😋. Nice caramel color. And the aged aroma that smells powwow. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel and a moderate acidity. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity and a nice, sweet taste. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it's great ☺️. The vinegariness that is unique to shime saba is refreshingly clean, yet the sweetness and umami of the sake is still there 😋. I thought it would be a bit more dry, but it wasn't as dry as I thought it would be 😉. Ibaraki sake review rate is going up because of the Ibaraki sake bar 😂.

A mini-bottle of Kamelei Junmai Ginjo given to me by a friend who lives in Hiroshima. The supercilious aroma is of a faint apple-yellow flavor. [Kagataya hanpukai 2021⑧] The last bottle of the 4-month-long hanpukai was a special order of the first Niseko ☺️The rice used was Comet. It was the only one out of the 8 bottles in this hanpukai that was delivered at room temperature. It's the only one out of 8 that was delivered at room temperature. The aroma is gourd-like🥒The alcohol content is 17 degrees, which is a little high, but it feels more like alcohol and has a punchy taste. I'm not sure if it's a good thing or not, but I'm sure it's a good thing. This is how I completed my hanpukai 😆. I was a little nervous about buying two bottles of sake every month, but the brands were so gorgeous and I'm so glad I joined as a result❗.
