A gift from a relative. It's been a long time since I drank koryu and I don't buy daiginjo by myself so it's good😄.
It's a little bit luxurious from the stopper😁.
It has a fresh and fruity aroma and the attack is rather dry and watery. I'm sure you'll agree that it's a great beer.
The taste is as refined as you would expect and does not interfere with the taste of the meal. The official website recommends sashimi of white fish and steamed clams, but it fits the image exactly👍.
