Merry Christmas🎄!
That's why we chose a strong active nigori today. This is a series of souvenirs from Nagaoka, Niigata.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label ❗️ which is a professional limited edition from overflowing😆.
It takes a little over 5 minutes to drink.
While opening the bottle, the cage goes up, which is a ⤴️Snow-like element - beautiful😍.
Now let's have it.
Originally, Sou Tenbo is a dry karakara sukkiri sake. How about this one?
It is refreshing and fruity.
It is different from nigori sake, which has a strong umami flavor.
It's a bit fruity. It has a grapefruit flavor. It's a type of beer that you don't get tired of drinking because it's so refreshing. As I was writing my comment, I drank half of it.
Hi Kosuke 😃
The "pro-only" is a great challenge for me: ‼️
And I'm sure you'll enjoy the intense Ori dance 💃🤗I'm curious about the refreshingly clean and active Nigori 😋 though I'd ask a pro to open the bottle 😅.
Dr. Jay & Nobby Good evening 😀Oridance💃 was beautiful. Even Ana Snow was surprised 🤣Opening the bottle is fine. The second day was also schwarz, but it was nice even if the sweetness went up!

Refreshing flavor, well-balanced with a moderate acidity that complements the slightly sweet flavor.
Take your time to appreciate the new sake.

Silky, dry and refreshing flavor! A little bitterness can be felt!
The bitterness is well hidden when the sake is cooled down!

I drank it at a recently opened izakaya near my house where I can enjoy Niigata's sake. As the name "Dai-harakuchi" suggests, it is really dry from start to finish. It was a very tasty sake that goes well with all kinds of food.
It is a delicious sake with a refreshing taste and a hint of rice. It is right in the middle of Niigata's sake. This is also one of a set of 6 bottles given to me by a relative in Nagaoka.
This is my first time drinking Sotenbo Jange (Snake Escape).
It is named after the local Jange waterfall.
It is a dry oriogarami that tastes great with seared sashimi of squid.
I like its fresh texture.
