We started the new year with Sotenbo's Akkusei Nigori, which we enjoyed the other day.
Although it is labeled as a "professional only" sake, it was quite fizzy and took more than 10 minutes to open the bottle.
It is not too sweet and the strength is not too low, so it is very drinkable.
SOUTHERN BOW
kappa (mythical water-dwelling creature)
I bought this sake because I wanted a sake for hot sake.
It was sharp and delicious.
Beside it is a sake heater.
The brewery was founded in 1765 (Edo period) and has a long history of sake brewing rooted in the local community. The brewery has a long history of brewing sake rooted in the local community.
The brand name "Sotenbo" is said to derive from the name of a legendary mountain in a local folktale, and it means "sake brewed with the brewer's thoughts and the blessings of the heavens.
Good evening, Kosuke.
Sotenbo is very delicious.
I bought a 4 gou bottle because I used to heat it up a lot in a cup and it was still delicious.
I would like to buy it again👍.
Purchased at an old neighborhood bar.
It was recommended to drink it chilled, so I drank it cold.
The taste is fresh.
The sweetness comes first, but it is the natural sweetness of the rice rather than a fruitiness.
The sharp, dry taste comes later, giving it a wide range of flavors.
I had it with sashimi, ham katsu (pork cutlet), and chige nabe, and it went well with all the dishes.
Merry Christmas🎄!
That's why we chose a strong active nigori today. This is a series of souvenirs from Nagaoka, Niigata.
I bought it because I was attracted by the label ❗️ which is a professional limited edition from overflowing😆.
It takes a little over 5 minutes to drink.
While opening the bottle, the cage goes up, which is a ⤴️Snow-like element - beautiful😍.
Now let's have it.
Originally, Sou Tenbo is a dry karakara sukkiri sake. How about this one?
It is refreshing and fruity.
It is different from nigori sake, which has a strong umami flavor.
It's a bit fruity. It has a grapefruit flavor. It's a type of beer that you don't get tired of drinking because it's so refreshing. As I was writing my comment, I drank half of it.
Hi Kosuke 😃
The "pro-only" is a great challenge for me: ‼️
And I'm sure you'll enjoy the intense Ori dance 💃🤗I'm curious about the refreshingly clean and active Nigori 😋 though I'd ask a pro to open the bottle 😅.
Dr. Jay & Nobby Good evening 😀Oridance💃 was beautiful. Even Ana Snow was surprised 🤣Opening the bottle is fine. The second day was also schwarz, but it was nice even if the sweetness went up!

Refreshing flavor, well-balanced with a moderate acidity that complements the slightly sweet flavor.
Take your time to appreciate the new sake.

Silky and dry, with a clean flavor! A little bitterness can be felt!
The bitterness is well hidden when the sake is cooled down!
