This is a special Junmai Nama Genshu with a rice polishing ratio of 60%. First of all, the fruity ginjo aroma that is typical of freshly squeezed sake is a nice touch. The first impression you get when you drink it is a refreshing, fresh and gentle sweetness that only sake can provide. This is Kyushu Kiku's Kamisen. I have not had this sake since the spring, when I had a bottle of the honjozo (pure sake) at Nishinakasu. I never thought I would see this sake in Tokyo.
