Kenshin Special Honjozo 2021BY I'm going to have a glass of this sake, which has been in hibernation for more than 2 years, with a plum crystal I bought in the neighborhood as a side dish. The taste is dry and crisp when cold, but as it gets closer to room temperature, the sweetness and umami of the rice is concentrated in the attack, and it changes to a deliciously dry taste. The underlings are opening another good sake today👍. Seems to have won the highest gold award out of 901 entries in the 2018 Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards😍. I bought this at the first liquor store I went to because it was politely recommended 😋. I would say it's definitely like wine. The aroma is amazing. Should have drunk it in a wine glass😅. The sweetness is slight, but the rice flavor is strong. I thought it would be dense but it's also very crisp. It's a good sake with good cost and good ministry.
