It is made from Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and It is a limited-edition shipment of a well-balanced blend of Yamada-Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa-Tsanbai junmai ginjo. It is a blend of Yamada Nishiki, Omachi, and Dewa Tsannin Junmai Ginjo in good balance. It is very thick, but has a nice sharpness. I asked the lady at the store to recommend a new arrival, and since Hayashi was not yet available, I bought a bottle of Kurobe Pincer from the same brewery 😚. The aroma is not so much but a little peachy 🍑? It is fresh on the palate with a gentle sweetness and rice flavor 🌾😋 It is a delicious sake that finishes with a bit of an alkali aftertaste 😆👍✨.

The underlings are opening another good sake today👍. Seems to have won the highest gold award out of 901 entries in the 2018 Wine Glass Delicious Sake Awards😍. I bought this at the first liquor store I went to because it was politely recommended 😋. I would say it's definitely like wine. The aroma is amazing. Should have drunk it in a wine glass😅. The sweetness is slight, but the rice flavor is strong. I thought it would be dense but it's also very crisp. It's a good sake with good cost and good ministry.
