A sake store in Joetsu, Niigata that I have wanted to visit for a long time. Kiraku. First of all, I would like to pay my respects to my hometown, Joetsu. Tsukifumi-no-ike pond is a famous place in Itoigawa, and is said to be located in a dense forest, making it difficult for the moon to be reflected in the pond. Local Takananishiki grown by the brewer. It is said to be full-bodied and sharp, but it is very sharp. This is the mainstream of Niigata-Joetsu sake.

I bought this sake after my wife recommended it as an easy-to-drink sake at the store where we usually go to buy sake. It is slightly dry and has an aroma that lingers on the nose. The aftertaste is refreshing and delicious. 1,650 yen

Out of the three types, I️ started with the Tsukiyomi no Ike.
The aroma is nothing but semedyne smell💦.
The taste is like a matured sake, but not fully matured so it's easy to drink for a matured sake😅💦.
I just don't like it on the web.
I'll try to warm it up next time and enjoy it!
