香りはあまり感じませんね🤔口当たりは、軽快でリンゴを思わせる心地よい吟醸香😘綺麗でサラリとした甘味と旨味が、パッと広がって消える😚爽やかな酸味の切れが良き👍✨

Last night was a New Year's party with a couple I met last year.
We had dinner at a nice restaurant and then went to Kokubuncho.
After the fourth bar, I finally had a chance to drink sake.
I have known the owner of this sake bar on the outskirts of the city for about 25 years now.
The lighting doesn't look like it's the kind of place you'd enjoy sake, but don't worry about that.
The selection is quite good, so go for something you've never tried before.
First up is Hiryu, the one with Tatsumi Fujinami's red towel.
A dry sake with a refreshing yet tasty flavor, just like Mr. Shinzawa!

She likes it dry 😄.
It's been a long time since I've had a dry sake, but I'm ready to try it💦.
The aroma is fruity👍.
I'm not a fan of too much dryness, but it was a good experience 🤗.
