At a soba restaurant selected as one of the 100 best soba restaurants in "EAT LOG".
I was lost in the many dishes on the menu and decided to go with my favorite "Kamo Seiro" and a decanter of Kanazawa-ya sake.
It was recommended as dry, but it was soft rather than refreshingly dry. It was delicious!
